  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add cold vegan butter and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to rub it into the flour until the mixture resembles crumbs.
  • Stir in chopped wild garlic.
  • Mix lemon juice into the plant-based milk and pour it into the flour mixture. Gently combine to form a soft dough.
  • Turn dough out onto a floured surface, pat it into a 1-inch thick round, and cut into 6–8 triangles or rounds.
