- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold vegan butter and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to rub it into the flour until the mixture resembles crumbs.
