Description

A refreshing and hydrating summer beverage made with kiwi, cucumber, lime, and mint, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 12 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
  • Sparkling water or soda water (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine chopped kiwi, cucumber, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and cold water.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
  4. Pour the juice into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Top with sparkling water if desired and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey/agave.
  • For a tangier version, add a splash more lime juice.
  • Chill the ingredients beforehand for an extra cold drink.
