Description
A refreshing and hydrating summer beverage made with kiwi, cucumber, lime, and mint, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.

- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Sparkling water or soda water (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine chopped kiwi, cucumber, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and cold water.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is desired.
- Pour the juice into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water if desired and stir gently.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey/agave.
- For a tangier version, add a splash more lime juice.
- Chill the ingredients beforehand for an extra cold drink.
