Description

A healthy twist on the classic Margherita pizza, this whole wheat flatbread is topped with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil for a light and flavorful meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the whole wheat flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  4. Arrange tomato slices evenly over the flatbread.
