- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Instructions
- Place the frozen watermelon cubes in a high-speed blender.
- Add fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup (if using), mint leaves, and cold water.
- Blend on high until smooth and slushy. Add a few ice cubes if a thicker consistency is desired.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime to preference.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with mint sprigs or lime wedges if desired.
Notes
- Freeze watermelon cubes in advance for at least 3–4 hours.
- For an adult version, a splash of rum or vodka can be added.
- Use agave syrup for a vegan-friendly option.
