Instructions

1️⃣ Start the Onions:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until translucent, stirring frequently. Add a splash of water if needed to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Add Peppers and Mushrooms:

  1. Once the onions are translucent, add the sliced peppers and mushrooms.
  2. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add soy sauce during the cooking process.
