Description

These Vegan Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful no-bake dessert made with juicy strawberries stuffed with a creamy dairy-free cheesecake filling. Sweetened naturally and made with just a few ingredients, they’re perfect for parties, Valentine’s Day, or a healthy, indulgent snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb large fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1/4 cup thick coconut yogurt or plant-based Greek-style yogurt
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, finely chopped nuts, or cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Rinse and dry strawberries. Slice off tops and use a small knife or corer to hollow out the center.
  • In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  • Transfer filling to a piping bag (or spoon it) and fill each strawberry.
  • Top with your choice of crushed graham crackers, nuts, or cacao nibs.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • To make it nut-free, ensure the cream cheese is nut-free and skip nut toppings.
  • These are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • For extra decadence, drizzle with melted vegan chocolate.
