- 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative (e.g., oat, almond, or coconut)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp sweetener
- Optional: rose syrup for stronger floral flavor
- Ice (if serving iced)
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring water to a simmer. Add tea and rose petals. Steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a mug or glass.
- In a separate saucepan, heat the milk and whisk in vanilla syrup until frothy.
- Pour the frothed milk over the rose-infused tea.
- For iced: cool the tea, pour over ice, then add cold frothed milk.
- Garnish with a few rose petals and enjoy.
Notes
- Use food-grade dried rose petals only.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less syrup to your preference.
- Add a splash of rose syrup for deeper floral notes, especially in iced versions.
