Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in water and olive oil until a soft dough forms.
- Knead & Roll: On a lightly floured surface, knead dough for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Divide into 4 pieces and roll each into thin rounds or rectangles.
- Bake: Place dough rounds on the baking sheet. Brush with a little olive oil if desired. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden and crisp at the edges.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Use as-is or wrap for later.

- For a softer texture, bake slightly less time.
