Description

A refreshing and healthy smoothie made with cauliflower and tropical fruits, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey/maple syrup or coconut milk.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh fruit instead of frozen for a thinner consistency.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder to boost nutritional content.
  • Cauliflower adds creaminess and nutrients without altering the tropical flavor.
