Instructions
- In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips slowly, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly but not harden.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined and smooth.
