Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices of deli ham
  • 2 sandwich buns or Kaiser rolls
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make 4 thinner cutlets.
