Instructions

- Pour a small amount of batter into one side of the mold, spreading it evenly.
- Add a spoonful of filling (e.g., red bean paste) in the center, then cover with more batter.
- Close the mold and cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Carefully remove from the mold and repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
