Instructions

- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf or rolls as desired.
- Place the shaped dough into a greased bread pan or on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
