Description

These Sugar-Free Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a naturally sweetened, low-carb dessert that’s perfect for guilt-free indulgence. Juicy strawberries are filled with a creamy, sugar-free cheesecake filling made with simple ingredients like cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and your favorite sugar substitute. Ideal for keto, diabetic-friendly, and low-sugar lifestyles!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb large fresh strawberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened (or vegan cream cheese)
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or unsweetened plant-based yogurt
  • 12 tbsp powdered erythritol, stevia, monk fruit, or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: lemon zest, cinnamon, or crushed sugar-free graham-style cookies for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and dry strawberries. Slice off tops and carefully hollow out the center with a small knife.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract until light and smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling into each hollowed-out strawberry.
  • Sprinkle with desired toppings like lemon zest or crushed sugar-free cookies.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes and serve cold.

Notes

  • Make it fully dairy-free by using vegan cream cheese and plant-based yogurt.
  • Adjust the sweetener to taste and type (some are sweeter than others).
  • Best served same day, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
