Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Add the strawberries, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
- Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your preferred thickness.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- Use frozen strawberries for a chilled smoothie without adding ice.
