Description

Strawberry Yogurt Dots are bite-sized, frozen treats made by blending fresh strawberries with yogurt, perfect for a healthy and refreshing snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt works well)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Using a spoon or piping bag, drop small dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or silicone mat.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the dots are firm.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the yogurt dots to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to eat.

Notes

  • You can use flavored yogurt for extra taste, but plain yogurt keeps it less sweet and healthier.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
  • These dots make a great snack for kids and adults alike.
  • Use a silicone mat or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • For a dairy-free option, substitute yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt.
