Scale
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt works well)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, drop small dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or silicone mat.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the dots are firm.
- Once frozen, transfer the yogurt dots to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to eat.
Notes
- You can use flavored yogurt for extra taste, but plain yogurt keeps it less sweet and healthier.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
- These dots make a great snack for kids and adults alike.
- Use a silicone mat or parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- For a dairy-free option, substitute yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt.
