This Strawberry Tiramisu is a fruity, creamy, and irresistible no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries, mascarpone cream, and ladyfingers soaked in strawberry syrup. A light and elegant treat perfect for spring, summer, or special occasions!

- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package (7 oz) ladyfingers (savoiardi)
- Optional: extra strawberries and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Make Strawberry Syrup: In a saucepan, combine half the strawberries, ¼ cup sugar, water, and lemon juice. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth. Cool completely.
- Prepare Cream Layer: Whip heavy cream with remaining ¼ cup sugar until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Assemble Tiramisu: Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled strawberry syrup and layer in a dish. Spread half of the cream mixture on top. Add a layer of sliced fresh strawberries. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set and develop flavor.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor.
- For extra texture, add a layer of crushed pistachios or white chocolate shavings.
- This recipe can also be made in individual glasses for a fancy presentation.
