Description

This Strawberry Tiramisu is a fruity, creamy, and irresistible no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries, mascarpone cream, and ladyfingers soaked in strawberry syrup. A light and elegant treat perfect for spring, summer, or special occasions!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package (7 oz) ladyfingers (savoiardi)
  • Optional: extra strawberries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Make Strawberry Syrup: In a saucepan, combine half the strawberries, ¼ cup sugar, water, and lemon juice. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth. Cool completely.
  • Prepare Cream Layer: Whip heavy cream with remaining ¼ cup sugar until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  • Assemble Tiramisu: Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled strawberry syrup and layer in a dish. Spread half of the cream mixture on top. Add a layer of sliced fresh strawberries. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set and develop flavor.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor.
  • For extra texture, add a layer of crushed pistachios or white chocolate shavings.
  • This recipe can also be made in individual glasses for a fancy presentation.
