- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup whole milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk (optional for extra creaminess)

- Ice cubes or chilled water for rinsing

Instructions
- Cook the sago:
- Boil water in a saucepan, add sago pearls, and cook for 10-12 minutes until they become translucent. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Rinse and drain:
- Once cooked, drain the sago and rinse under cold water to remove excess starch. Set aside to cool.
- Make the strawberry puree:
- Blend strawberries with sugar until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if preferred.
- Combine the dessert:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled sago pearls, strawberry puree, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Chill and serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve cold, garnished with fresh strawberry slices if desired.
Notes

- Coconut milk can be used for a dairy-free version.
- Make ahead and chill longer for a thicker, creamier texture.
