- 2 boxes refrigerated pie crusts (14.1 oz each)
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 beaten egg white
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll & Cut Dough:
- On a floured surface, roll out the pie crusts.
- Use a round cookie cutter to cut dough circles.

Fill & Seal the Hand Pies:
- Spoon strawberry pie filling onto half of the dough circles.
- Brush edges with beaten egg white and place another dough circle on top.
- Press the edges with a fork to seal.

Bake:
- Place hand pies on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush tops with egg white for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly.

Prepare the Glaze:
- In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the slightly cooled pies and let it set for 10 minutes.
