Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Ensure they are completely dry before dipping.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, covering about 3/4 of the berry.
- Place the dipped strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate or add sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
