✔ 1 tsp white vinegar
✔ 1 tbsp red food coloring
For the Strawberry Cheesecake Filling:
✔ 4 oz cream cheese, softened
✔ 1/4 cup powdered sugar
✔ 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
✔ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
✔ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
✔ 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
✔ 2 cups powdered sugar
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract
Notes
- For extra richness, drizzle with melted white chocolate or a strawberry glaze.
- If you don’t have buttermilk, make a substitute by mixing ½ cup milk + ½ tbsp lemon juice (let sit for 5 minutes).
