- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for depth)
- For the glaze (optional but recommended):
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp strawberry extract or a few drops of pink food coloring (optional)

- Preheat oven: to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- Mix the batter: In a medium bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix until thick and fully combined (it will be a dense, sticky batter).
- Bake: Spread evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool & glaze: Let brownies cool completely. Mix glaze ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over cooled brownies. Let set before slicing.
