Description

A calming and creamy latte made with oatmilk and infused with floral lavender syrup, inspired by Starbucks’ popular seasonal drink.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup oatmilk
  • 1 shot espresso or 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 12 tbsp lavender syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ice (if serving iced)
  • Dried lavender or lavender buds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oatmilk in a small saucepan over medium heat or steam using a milk frother until hot and frothy.
  2. Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 1/4 cup of strong coffee.
  3. In a mug, combine the hot coffee and lavender syrup.
  4. Pour the hot oatmilk over the coffee-lavender mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Optional: Garnish with dried lavender or buds on top.
  6. For an iced version, add lavender syrup and coffee to a glass filled with ice, then pour in cold oatmilk and stir.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of lavender syrup to your taste preference.
  • Use a milk frother for extra foam and café-style texture.
  • Homemade lavender syrup can be made by simmering equal parts sugar and water with dried lavender buds, then straining.
