Description
A calming and creamy latte made with oatmilk and infused with floral lavender syrup, inspired by Starbucks’ popular seasonal drink.

- 1 cup oatmilk
- 1 shot espresso or 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1–2 tbsp lavender syrup (store-bought or homemade)
- Ice (if serving iced)
- Dried lavender or lavender buds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the oatmilk in a small saucepan over medium heat or steam using a milk frother until hot and frothy.
- Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 1/4 cup of strong coffee.
- In a mug, combine the hot coffee and lavender syrup.
- Pour the hot oatmilk over the coffee-lavender mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Optional: Garnish with dried lavender or buds on top.
- For an iced version, add lavender syrup and coffee to a glass filled with ice, then pour in cold oatmilk and stir.

- Adjust the amount of lavender syrup to your taste preference.
- Use a milk frother for extra foam and café-style texture.
- Homemade lavender syrup can be made by simmering equal parts sugar and water with dried lavender buds, then straining.
