Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle.
