- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square and top with a few blueberries.
- Fold the corners of each square towards the center, pinching them together to form a blossom shape.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
