- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
- Prepare the Corn:
- If using fresh corn, cut kernels off the cob.
- Thaw and drain frozen corn, or drain and rinse canned corn.

- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until the sauce is smooth and well blended.
- Combine the Corn:
- Add the prepared corn kernels to the bowl with the sauce. Toss until the corn is evenly coated.
- Add Garnishes:
- Sprinkle crumbled queso fresco or cotija cheese over the top.
- Add chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and jalapeño for additional texture and flavor.
