Instructions

  • Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve and let cool.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in 2–3 tablespoons of the blueberry-ginger syrup.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda and gently stir.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and a few whole blueberries.
