Description

This Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes is an easy, flavorful meal featuring tender, juicy beef bites cooked low and slow with buttery garlic seasoning and hearty potatoes. A perfect set-it-and-forget-it dinner that’s packed with rich flavors and minimal effort!


Ingredients

  • For the Beef Bites & Potatoes:
  • 2 lbs beef chuck or sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Garnish (Optional):
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Slow Cooker:
  • Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray or a bit of butter.
  • Season the Beef & Potatoes:
  • In a large bowl, toss the beef bites with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add the baby potatoes and mix with the seasoned beef.
  • Add Ingredients to the Slow Cooker:
  • Pour melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth over the beef and potatoes.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Cook:
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and the potatoes are soft.
  • Serve & Garnish:
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sear the beef bites in a hot pan before adding them to the slow cooker.
  • Yukon gold or red potatoes work best as they hold their shape well.
