Description

This Silky Blackberry Vanilla Lemonade is a refined, fruity take on classic lemonade.   • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
  • 1/3 cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 3 cups cold water (or sparkling water for fizz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk or coconut cream for silkiness

  • Garnish: lemon slices, blackberries, mint sprigs

Instructions

  • Make the Blackberry Purée:
  • In a blender, blend blackberries with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  • Mix the Lemonade Base:
  • In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, honey (or syrup), vanilla extract, and blackberry purée. Stir well.
  • Add Water & Chill:
  • Pour in the cold water and stir again. Add sweetened condensed milk or coconut cream for a silky texture, if desired.
