- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 1/2 tsp chili oil or to taste (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Carefully remove silken tofu from its package and place it on a serving dish. Drain excess water.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar (if using).
- Drizzle the sauce over the tofu.
- Top with chopped green onions, grated ginger, and chili oil if desired.
- Sprinkle a little salt if needed.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or appetizer.

- Silken tofu is very delicate; handle with care to prevent breaking.
- You can customize toppings like bonito flakes, sesame seeds, or garlic chips.
