Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Marinate and cook the chicken using your favorite grilled sesame chicken recipe. Set aside to rest while preparing the salad.
- Make the Dressing: Whisk together the sesame ginger dressing and keep it ready for use.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine green and red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, carrots, bell pepper, and jalapeño.
- Pour the sesame ginger dressing over the vegetables and toss until well-coated.
- Marinate the Salad: Cover the salad and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld while you finish grilling or baking the chicken.
- Plate and Garnish:
