  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate or butterscotch chips (for drizzling)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate or butterscotch chips (for drizzling)

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Filling – In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth. Stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well combined.

2️⃣ Shape the Truffles – Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

3️⃣ Melt the Coating – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

4️⃣ Dip the Truffles – Using a fork or toothpick, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate mixture, coating completely. Let the excess drip off, then place back onto the parchment paper.

5️⃣ Drizzle & Set – Melt the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate or butterscotch chips, then drizzle over the truffles for a decorative touch. Let set at room temperature or chill in the fridge until firm.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Once set, enjoy these crispy, peanut buttery, chocolatey bites!
