  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Tortellini

  1. Cook the tortellini pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and let it cool to room temperature.

Step 2: Prepare the Salad Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled tortellini with:
    • Diced salami
    • Chopped mozzarella
    • Halved cherry tomatoes
    • Diced cucumber

Step 3: Make the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together:
    • Olive oil
    • Red wine vinegar
    • Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper

Step 4: Toss the Salad
