Description

This rotisserie chicken alfredo is a rich, creamy pasta dish made easy with tender, shredded rotisserie chicken and a homemade alfredo sauce. It’s a comforting, crowd-pleasing dinner that comes together in under 30 minutes — perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Reduce heat and slowly stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add shredded rotisserie chicken and warm through.
  • Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until fully coated.
