Description

A fragrant and creamy chia pudding infused with the floral essence of rose water and the warm spice of cardamom, perfect for a light and refreshing dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • Fresh rose petals or dried edible rose petals (for garnish)
  • Crushed pistachios (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), ground cardamom, and rose water.
  2. Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumping.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to thicken.
  5. Before serving, give the pudding a good stir.
  6. Top with rose petals and crushed pistachios, if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to your preference using maple syrup, honey, or a sugar-free sweetener.
  • For a creamier texture, use coconut milk or a mix of yogurt and milk.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
