Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), ground cardamom, and rose water.
- Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumping.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to thicken.
- Before serving, give the pudding a good stir.
- Top with rose petals and crushed pistachios, if desired.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference using maple syrup, honey, or a sugar-free sweetener.
