- 4 cups water
- 3 black tea bags (or green tea if preferred)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2–3 tbsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: sliced strawberries and lemon rounds for garnish

Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep tea bags for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags.
- In a blender, puree strawberries with lemon juice and sweetener until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry puree through a fine sieve to remove seeds (optional for smoother tea).
- In a large pitcher, combine brewed tea, strawberry mixture, and the remaining 2 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with strawberry slices, lemon rounds, or mint if desired.
