Description

Deliciously Moist Banana Bread Loaded with Creamy Peanut Butter, Reese’s Pieces, and Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

Units Scale

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Reese’s Pieces or mini Reese’s cups, chopped
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Prepare the wet ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
Combine wet and dry ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Add Reese’s and chocolate chips:

Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s Pieces or mini Reese’s cups and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Bake:

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and serve:

Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
Let it cool completely, then slice and enjoy!

Notes

For extra peanut butter flavor, drizzle melted peanut butter over the cooled loaf.
You can substitute Reese’s Pieces with peanut butter chips for a different twist.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
