- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry or cherry Jello
- 1 box (3 oz) berry blue Jello
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 5 1/4 cups water, divided
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water and mix with the red Jello until dissolved. Let it cool slightly.
- Pour red Jello evenly into clear plastic or glass cups. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add 3/4 cup boiling water to the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in 1 cup sweetened condensed milk and let cool to room temperature.
- Pour the white layer over the red Jello. Refrigerate for another hour or until set.
- Boil 1 cup of water and mix with the blue Jello until dissolved. Let it cool slightly.
- Pour blue Jello over the white layer and refrigerate until completely set, about 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and berries before serving, if desired.
