Ingredients

  • Ice
  • Fresh raspberries or passionfruit slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, passionfruit, simple syrup, and egg white.
  • Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
