Description

A refreshing and creamy frozen yogurt made with fresh raspberries, perfect as a light and healthy dessert.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine raspberries, Greek yogurt, sugar (or honey), lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours.
  4. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals for a smoother texture.
  5. Once frozen and creamy, scoop and serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor, but frozen raspberries work well too.
  • Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more or less sugar/honey.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
