A refreshing and creamy frozen yogurt made with fresh raspberries, perfect as a light and healthy dessert.

- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine raspberries, Greek yogurt, sugar (or honey), lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals for a smoother texture.
- Once frozen and creamy, scoop and serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor, but frozen raspberries work well too.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more or less sugar/honey.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
