- 1 whole wheat pizza crust
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped orange bell pepper
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped red cabbage
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Arrange chopped vegetables in rainbow order: red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, corn, broccoli, red cabbage, and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the baked pizza.
- Slice and serve warm.
