Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sliced radishes, cucumber, red onion, dill, and chives.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Let the salad sit for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
