Description

This refreshing Pomegranate Mojito is a fruity twist on the classic Cuban cocktail. Made with fresh mint, lime, white rum, and pomegranate juice, it’s a vibrant and festive drink perfect for summer parties, holiday gatherings, or anytime you need a cool, colorful sipper.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 23 oz soda water (club soda)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pomegranate seeds and mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a sturdy glass, muddle mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar to release juices and oils.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Pour in the white rum and pomegranate juice.
  • Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  • Top off with soda water.
