- 2 oz white rum
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- 2–3 oz soda water (club soda)
- Ice cubes
- Pomegranate seeds and mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- In a sturdy glass, muddle mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar to release juices and oils.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the white rum and pomegranate juice.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Top off with soda water.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
