This Pink Iced Latte is a gorgeous, creamy blend of espresso and strawberry milk (or beetroot, if you’re going natural!) that delivers both a visual wow and a deliciously smooth flavor. Ingredients

  • 1 shot (1 oz) espresso or 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like oat, almond, or coconut)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup or beetroot juice (for color & subtle flavor)
  • 12 tsp sweetener (simple syrup, maple syrup, or sugar — optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Strawberry slice or edible flowers for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Fill Glass with Ice: Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
  • Mix Pink Milk: In a shaker or separate glass, combine milk, strawberry syrup (or beetroot juice), sweetener, and vanilla. Stir or shake well until fully blended.
