Description

A refreshing non-alcoholic twist on the classic mojito, featuring tropical pineapple and zesty ginger flavors, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slices and mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple chunks, grated ginger, mint leaves, and honey/agave until well crushed and combined.
  2. Add the lime juice and mix well.
  3. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
  4. Strain or pour the muddled mixture into the glass (straining optional based on preference).
