- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water

- Pineapple slices and mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the pineapple chunks, grated ginger, mint leaves, and honey/agave until well crushed and combined.
- Add the lime juice and mix well.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
- Strain or pour the muddled mixture into the glass (straining optional based on preference).
- Top with club soda or sparkling water.
- Stir gently to combine and garnish with a pineapple slice and mint sprig if desired.
Notes
