Description

A flavorful vegetarian pizza topped with vibrant pesto, fresh spinach, tangy feta cheese, and mozzarella on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the pesto evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Layer the fresh spinach over the pesto.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the spinach.
  6. Add the crumbled feta cheese over the mozzarella.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
