- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
Make the Peanut Butter Mixture:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar.
- Mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring the powdered sugar is well incorporated.
Shape the Balls:
- Using a 1 1/2-inch scoop, portion the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until firm.
Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each session to avoid burning.
- Continue until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Dip the Balls:
- Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
- Place the dipped balls back on the parchment paper to set. Repeat with all balls.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 3 months with wax paper between layers. Thaw before serving.
