Description

Crispy and flavorful pasta chips made by baking or air-frying cooked pasta tossed in seasonings, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or bowtie works well)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese if using.
  3. Spread the pasta evenly in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, or bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use short pasta shapes like penne, rigatoni, or bowtie for best results.
  • Ensure pasta is completely dry before seasoning to maximize crispiness.
  • Try different seasonings like ranch, Italian herbs, or chili flakes for variety.
