  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
  • In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  • Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  • Cook the Chicken:
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  • Combine & Serve:
  • Return the chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

  • For extra crispiness, bake the chicken at 400°F for 10 minutes after frying.
