- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Combine & Serve:
- Return the chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

- For extra crispiness, bake the chicken at 400°F for 10 minutes after frying.
- Adjust sauce thickness by adding more broth if needed.
