- For Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup or ganache
- Extra crushed Oreos
- Optional: vanilla glaze or cookie butter drizzle
Instructions
- Make the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in crushed Oreos.
- Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and edges are set, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
- Stack and Serve: Layer pancakes with whipped cream between if desired. Top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and more crushed Oreos.

- Use double-stuffed Oreos for extra richness.
- For a dramatic effect, add mini Oreos or a drizzle of white chocolate on top.
